DRM ensure

In challenging times, organisations are looking for ways to manage their costs and forecast accordingly.

In response to this, Drive & Survive have developed DRM ensure, a system that provides occupational drivers access to an overall Driver Risk Management (DRM) programme for a fixed monthly fee, no matter what training is provided.

DRM ensure offers fleet operators many benefits including:

• Fixed costs enabling accurate forecasting
• A solution for all occupational drivers with fully flexible and personalised packaging for individuals
• An auditable Driver Risk Management trail to satisfy health and safety requirements
• Easy management of risk issues and training progress with monthly reports

As part of the programme, Drive & Survive will arrange for all business drivers to undergo an online Individual Driver Risk Assessment (click here for more information), which will determine their risk rating (low, medium or high), based principally on their driving environment.

From this, DRM ensure can be tailored to an individual driver’s training needs using the range of professional Drive & Survive online and on-road training products. Packages may be online-only and use a range of assessment and training tools, or a combination of online training and on-road practical sessions may be packaged together, and even coupled with other services such as a driver licence check.

Drive & Survive will look after all the administration associated with the DRM ensure package and will also provide detailed monthly management information, so progress of the drivers within the programme can be tracked. Customers will be also be allocated a Drive & Survive Account Manager, who will monitor the programme on an on-going basis and make any detail modifications that might be required.

DRM ensure is available in a number of pricing options, for as little as £2.50 per driver per month, irrespective of the mix of training modules recommended by the online risk assessment.
