Looking for an exciting new challenge? Drive & Survive is a dynamic company that has over 20 years in the driver training industry and we are now looking for a customer services manager. The role entails, managing and administering all aspects of the business- to-business booking process and the customer services team to ensure a professional and quality service is delivered at all times on agreed terms with our clients.

Roles and responsibilities will include but limited to:

  • Managing and motivating the Customer Services Team to ensure targets and profitability are met
  • Managing system input from team to ensure valid data is captured
  • Monitoring trainer diary’s including:  availability, utilization, production and distribution
  • Authorising trainer expenses
  • Organising specialist training (which may include overseas)
  • Providing regular activity reports to the management team
  • Managing Special Training Reports for clients
  • Monitoring and dealing effectively with any service level delivery failures
  • Co-ordinating trainer audits and development training in conjunction with Training Department
  • Ensuring team respond correctly and efficiently to new business leads
  • Liaising with other Departments within Drive & Survive as necessary
  • Helping to raise the profile of the company in this growing risk management sector.

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a similar environment along with the ability to forge long term relationships. You will have first class communication skills able to liaise at all levels and possess good IT skills.

Think you have what it takes to coordinate driver training sessions all across the UK? Then Drive & survive would interested in hearing from you. We are currently looking for new members for our customer services team to ensure efficient and profitable booking of driver training activities and deal with general bookings-related queries.

Reporting to the customer services manager, the roles and responsibilities will include but limited to:

  • Acting as liaison between clients and trainers to ensure efficient bookings of practical driver training sessions
  • Responding efficiently to telephone queries
  • Sending information to clients
  • Providing clear, concise and accurate information to both the business and it’s clients through e-mails, documentation and entry’s to spreadsheets and databases.
  • Undertaking training appropriate to the post to develop and enhance existing skills.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the post.
  • Manage and develop relationships (clients, account managers, trainers, etc.)
  • Achieve booking targets given by the Customer Services Manager
